Types of Homelessness

Chronic homelessness are typically older individuals that live within unhabitable shelters such as a car, park, rvs, etc. Also, these individuals have long-term and complex health issues that do not get a check up by the doctor due to lack of finances.
Episodic homelessness are typically younger individuals whom have experienced homelessness at least for three months in the previous year.
Transitional homelessness are individuals that have experienced some type of drastic life change, typically being younger individuals, that puts them in need to attain temporary shelter or to seek out “shelter” for a brief time frame.
Provisionally Occupied are people that seek out temporary housing in forms of staying at a family or friends house. This type of homelessness often goes undocumented because these individuals experiencing this form of homelessness do not seek out the necessary support in which they need at that time.

Insufficient income from jobs and lack of affordable housing
Domestic violence, women are more or less leading this number
In regards to families
